Set in the heart of Vera, VaVa Yoga health & wellness is the only dedicated yoga studio in Vera and also provides complementary therapies in the form of massage and energy healing.
Our focus is natural healing of the mind and the body, and to that end we offer a calm, safe, peaceful space for both the practice of yoga and meditation, and a tranquil environment for therapeutic treatments.

We believe that movement is medicine and our aim is to get you back onto the path of health & wellness, through movement in the form of yoga and if you don’t fancy yoga, we also do dance! We also provide remedial therapies for the body to assist with pain management and energetic therapies for the mind, body and spirit.

We offer remedial massage therapies ranging from deep tissue, myofascial release, warm bamboo (where we are the only centre offering this in Vera), aromatherapy, hot stone, Thai & Indian head massage and foot health care through to energy therapies including reiki, crystal reiki, hypnotherapy, tarot reading and house cleansing of negative energies, to name but some. You can also enjoy one of our therapies with the peace of mind of knowing that your therapists are not only experienced, but also highly qualified and have professional recognition in Spain, meaning strict adherence to a code of conduct.
VaVa Yoga, your sanctuary for health, wellness and spiritual rejuvenation
We are a sanctuary for those seeking refuge from the stress of daily life, or simply a space to unwind, relax and take a moment. As you walk in, appreciating the beautiful aromas from our many incenses and the gentle sounds of trickling water, we have tea, coffee and water available for free, we invite you to take a seat on one of our comfy sofas and decompress, leaving the hubbub and noise outside.
While you're relaxing, sipping your drink, maybe waiting for a class or a treatment, you can hop onto our free WiFi or browse our shop, The Emporium of the Enchanted Forest, housed inside the studio. Here you will find a variety of esoteric products from crystals, pendulums, wands, incense & cones, incense holders, smudge sticks, Tarot & Angel cards, energy & diffuser bracelets, crystal jewellery, hand made leather journals, pure essential oils, healing massage waxes & artisan soaps and we are constantly adding to our product range.
