My experience with the "Menu of the Day" treatment offered by Vava Yoga has been completely satisfactory. For me it is a total success, because each of the parts included in the "Menu" is a good treatment, but when receiving everything together, one part after another, the final result is excellent.
And, furthermore, since you receive the treatment in an optimal environment, combining warmth, comfort, music, aromas... and the skill and professionalism of the therapist (Ashlí), the result is fabulous. Totally recommended!

I went to VAVA Yoga a week ago for Crystal Reiki after finding them on Facebook. I wanted to go to help with anxiety and panic attacks and Dario was amazing. He made me feel at ease, he's very calm and walked me through the whole process. After the appointment, I was able to sit in the chillout area for a bit and chat to Dario who has all the time for you and talked about lots of the wonderful items they have for sale in the shop too (I asked, there's no pressure to buy anything but there's so many beautiful things should you want to).

The Crystal Reiki was wonderful, really relaxing and has been so helpful since my appointment - my anxiety has been very low and I haven't had a panic attack at all in the last week! I'm definitely going to go again for Crystal Reiki as I've had my anxiety for so long that it will be great to continue to do as well as to help with other things. I also want to try lots of the other wonderful treatments they offer.

Highly recommended - very professional way of working! Ashlí combines a wide variety of application types and can therefore address problems/pain individually. In my case, it combined Thai massage practices, deep tissue and fascia massage as well as aromatic oil therapy. And I can especially recommend the technique with warm bamboo.

I would like to give Ashlí a very big thank you for my menu del dia treatment.
On entering the treatment room it was an oasis of peace, tranquillity, serenity and calm. Ashlí was very professional from going over my questionnaire to putting me at ease and giving her advice at the end of the treatment.

The music, aromatherapy oils burning and the oils used on my body were heavenly, her intuition sensed what I needed and even spent longer on my feet as it was where I needed most attention. The heated cushions and blanket made you feel so cosy, and you could just float off into your own little dream world.
Ashlí gives you a wonderful feeling of calmness, she has a wonderful aura which makes you feel safe and secure when she is working her magic.

My aim for the treatment was to get relaxation and she certainly filled all my expectations and more and I had the best night sleep ever did not wake up unti 10am.
I will certainly be going back for more treatments, the next one will be the infra red treatment suggested by Ashlí.

Hi Ashlí. I often say that I’ve never known 90-odd minutes go by so quickly. The whole process is a pleasure from beginning to end and I felt a considerable improvement in my right shoulder, although it still needs some attention. I was very thirsty for most of the rest of the day and drank a lot of water. The main reason for the treatment was, however, the shoulder tightness and that is definitely better. Good morning everyone, I want to tell you why therapies, yoga and meditation are so important to me.

I have had sciatica for two weeks, I have been twice to the physio and I have a treatment prescribed by the doctor. I was still in a lot of discomfort, so eventually I did meditation and my body relaxed and the next day I had an appointment with Ashlí for a deep tissue massage with Reiki.

When I came out of the massage I was pain free and today my leg isn't bothering me any more.

I have come to the conclusion that sometimes we pay more attention to bodily pain than to emotional and well-being of being calm.
Our bodies are loaded with emotions and stress and then you get sick in your weakest part of the body. And that isn't cured with pill, which is why we must heal our minds and anxieties.

Thank you very much Ashlí for your dedication and for always being there when I need you the most. Thank you for healing my anxieties and my body.

I can’t help but promote and recommend this lady enough Ashlí Miréla and Darío Martín. I have been suffering chronic lower back pain since Tuesday. This morning was my breaking point, shooting pains when sitting and standing. I put out an SOS message to my dear friend Ashlí. After one deep tissue massage and a 30 mins with her exclusive Far Infra Red Heat therapy. Recently, whilst travelling through Spain, I found myself in the town of La Vega. Being a travelling Aussie with terribly limited Spanish, I asked the lady at my hotel reception if she knew of a good masseur. Valeria was only too happy to recommend Ashlí.
Valeria drew me a short walking distance map to “Vava Yoga”. Once there, I had the pleasure of experiencing a 60 minute massage from Ashlí, and I can confidently say that it was a truly exceptional and rejuvenating experience. Her knowledge of various massage techniques was impressive, and she tailored the treatment to address my specific needs and preferences.
